No vegans were harmed in the making of these pepperonis. I think they wheat gluten and potato and pea protein based. They're made by the brand Field Roast

Dare I ask, how does one make vegan pepperoni? Without dry curing a vegan, of course.

My partner “spent years” perfecting the recipe haha. It’s honestly the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had, and has been more than palatable (one might even say delicious) for our non-vegan friends and family.

That's what I was thinking haha. Looks so good! I wanna try that
