Coconut milk is best, almond if I can't find coconut. I don't drink either independently, I put it into stuff, and that stuff in question ends up containing bananas and dark chocolate at roughly equal frequencies (usually both)

Just make sure your oats are low in glyphosate residue, often used as a desiccant to aid harvest. and supplement calcium from other sources in your diet.
