I guess I started an accidental AMA on which parts of the crypto space are good and which I'm so far not excited about, along with other big picture vision questions: https://x.com/VitalikButerin/status/1827583576751181961 You should feel free to ask questions here too! Let's see if Farcaster can come up with higher-quality questions than the other app :)

Coconut milk is best, almond if I can't find coconut. I don't drink either independently, I put it into stuff, and that stuff in question ends up containing bananas and dark chocolate at roughly equal frequencies (usually both)

Oat milk is the superior alt milk imo. Best tasting and most sustainable.

Oat milk health properties are questionable though (At least according to last time I checked; I know this stuff updates quickly)

Agreed, it’s essentially “starch juice” - gives many people a spike in glucose Don’t get me wrong, I love an oat milk latte - but it’s not all it’s hyped up to be around health and sustainability. And if it’s not organic - you’re drinking glyphosate 😬

Are you referring to how it raises up the blood sugar levels and could be a precursor to diabetes? I wanna do a research on how Oat milk could increase the risk of DM(Diabetes Mellitus) and I’ve also been trying to find out if it could also be a risk factor for stroke Please say more about it.

No, I think you’re right. As with all foods, you’ve got to consider the source (stick to organic oats) and consume in moderation (especially if you’re diabetic). But “don’t let perfect be the enemy of good”, as they say.
