instead of a story time i want to do a AMA in january i had a serious quad injury and in june i became british triple jump champion for the 11th time! i believe that my comeback was due to these five things: 1. research 2. diet 3. sports psychology/ mental preparation 4. intensive rehab 5. rest and recovery ask me anything!

normally a yakult drink then 2 eggs fried in olive oil with salt and pepper, half an avocado, smoked mackerel and a handful of berries & almonds sometimes also a slice of buttered sourdough if i have a big session
