Just wanted to show a quick comparison between the grass fed bs grain fed ribeyes here. Note the grass fed is much darker color with less fat and smaller in size, both are delicious.

Man sometimes I like the more buttery smooth flavor of a grain fed cow—but I also can get burnt out on them if I don’t switch back to my grass fed beef 🥩—also it is often easier on my wallet but my farmers/ranchers know me well enough that they will bring the price down on the grass fed.

Not sure if you are a Costco shopper and whether they stock it near you, but if you are Silver Fern Farms grass-fed product there, it’s the best grass-fed imho and the price should be reasonable.  5 $degen
