Just wanted to show a quick comparison between the grass fed bs grain fed ribeyes here. Note the grass fed is much darker color with less fat and smaller in size, both are delicious.

I will often go with them because there is an overall higher yield of meat and I do like the flavor

tbh if there was no sticker on them in store and i had to choose, my gut instinct would go for the left

Bulletproof is ok too, but I avoid some oils they do on that.

I take it you’re not a fan of the Bulletproof diet?

That’s pretty good marbling for grass-fed.  Looking forward to a flavor report!  Isn’t it interesting how the profile of the steak changes from one end of the ribeye to the other.
