Mixed bag. AI has eroded the little trust I had in info on the internet. The contributors to the most noise online are exploiting this tech to make online spaces even more unenjoyable. 

Sure it helps me output edits and emails quicker. I refine & adapt meal prep schedules too. But I don't think the benefits are proportional to the costs just yet. AI needs to be a lot more recent, and a lot more intelligent. And I'm a little scared that we're going to get diminishing returns sooner rather than later

agree, for me the enjoyment comes from assuming original and prosocial intent (which is easy to drown out with the opposite for both)
