Hey @b3nnn excited for this AMA ! How do you find the right talent for important DAO initiatives ? How do you incentivize them ? What does retention of DAO talent look like ?

I'm excited for it too! DAOs are people networks.. make that network work and ask for referrals! You're never more than couple of degrees of separation away from the right person in DAOs The other recommendation is support more experiments.. more experiments means more chances to see great talent in action
