yeah i actually completely ignored that last sentence, that does make it seem really silly

"not selling anytime soon" is generally a bad opinion, you shouldn't make an unconditional decision on an asset

Depends on if they can hold the to bag for years without having to sell and if they believe there’s real value there to begin with (ie real conviction)

Otherwise they are just on the true and tried path of forced selling anyways so what’s the point
