today i did 90 seconds of cardio (just jumping up and down while warming up the shower) and one slow reverse chin-up. that’s good enough for me to make some progress and save energy for laundry and other things i need to do you aren’t a failure/loser for not having an impressive fitness routine, you can just do what you feel like doing and what makes your body feel good 🩵
