i did a bunch of manifestation experiments this year, which i’ve written about before. here are some things i learned: ✨ i *hate* the word manifesting, but i’ll keep using it as shorthand for ‘creating your reality from within’ for now ✨ manifesting is mostly just dealing with your shit (trauma, lack of focus, bad habits, etc) so you stop sabotaging yourself. types of therapy that focus on self-empowerment would probably work better for most people ✨ intentions are scary powerful! ✨ if you ask the universe for a big external change, it will ask you for a big internal one first—this can be painful and dramatic ✨ the first things that will manifest are thoughts, inspirations, and feelings. it pays to listen ✨ the most valuable part of manifesting is the motivation it gives you to get your shit together, via the belief that it will all pay off bigly ✨ ironically if you do it right you stop caring about external results. it’s basically a way to trick yourself into just being happy

I would love to read more on your manifesting! 🥰🫶 I am deep in this process right now and I am so curious! (I really don’t like the word manifesting either, but I get the shorthand. I prefer transforming or my personal reference of “chrysalessence” I coined with aethernet which is kind of… the act of unbecoming to become)
