i started taking melatonin recently my sleep scores have gone up a lot, and i feel like i’m able to relax into a deeper level of sleep that allows me to do more physical healing. i also don’t wake up as often from sounds. definitely worth trying if you are a light sleeper!

yeah! occasionally i take another one if i wake up too early (like 4am) and am good with sleeping pretty late. i don’t take max dose though

I sleep like a rock if I exercise and don't drink, so likely don't need but may keep by bedside if I'm having trouble dosing off.

that’s so great! yeah, the ones i have dissolve under the tongue so pretty handy to have on hand
