Idea: when someone posts a bounty, @bountycaster classifies the ask and notifies people with related services on the platform (“here’s a new bounty you might like”)

This could:
1. Help fill bounties quicker
(+ demand)
2. Provide lead gen to freelancers
(+ supply)
