I don't want to start a podcast

BUT:
- I'd love an excuse to chat with more interesting people
- I already interview people for a living
- I think creating content + building an audience is great for future opportunities

Yeah I’m not super interested in doing all that work either (although I think a lot of it can be automated these days?)

Would probably keep it pretty lightweight unless it took off

I'd want SOMEONE ELSE to start a podcast where I'm always the guest. 

Them:
- scheduling
- youtube/streamyard
- distribution/announcements
- publish recordings
- snip shorts
- drum up info
- process transcripts

Yeah I probably would just call it “Conversations with Mark” and not put much effort into positioning or whatever

Interviews are user research so slightly different context, but I love 1:1 conversations with strangers

I concocted a few excuses to do this.

Although, I think this is the root cause why some people guinely started a podcast and things were misinterpreted.

How come you already interview people for a living?

tbh I wouldn’t want to have a theme because that would put pressure on it to be something

maybe something organic would come out of it but I’d rather just have it be “Conversations with Mark” and not overthink positioning
