Been so heads down on getting v2 ready and on our app partnerships lately. Coming up for air now to do user tests with users and creators - it never stops surprising me how effective it is to user test. You learn such obvious stuff.

A Figma prototype, Google Meet, and screen sharing. Have a goal I ask the user to accomplish and narrate as they do. Then I go on mute. After a problem comes up enough, I fix the prototype in between interviews, and after 4-5 successful interviews, it’s time to implement.
