How does it compare to existing note takers like Otter or Grain?

Haven't tried Grain but I like that it doesn't actually join your call, it taps into your raw mic / speaker feed. If you jump on a call it will automatically pop up and ask if you want notes taken. And then it automatically "augments" any notes you take with notes that it took and then enhanced.

I was shocked that Otter not only makes notes but also records all my meetings 
Deleted an account - I wouldn’t use any Ai for meetings - huge privacy concerns
