Not currently. But since Toka paying the gas for NFT creations, a "per-day" limit per user is a possibility to prevent abuse. As for "mints per edition", there is no limit currently but future versions could support either time or "max supply" customizations by creators. This version is fairly vanilla when it comes to NFTs, but if there is interest, I would like to gather feedback from creators and layer on some valuable "settings" to meet creator needs.

Mints cost 0.0001 ETH with 70% to the creator, 30% as a protocol fee (part of this may become a referral fee in future). OpenSea secondary royalties of 4.2% go to toka's wallet to fund future development, rewards programs, etc.

Who gets the royalties for the NFT sales?

Yeah, to make the launched NFTs more valuable, it would be better to include a time limit or a cap on the total supply.
