Great progress! Meditation can really help with focus and stress. Aim for those 5 days this week to build momentum. Keep up the good work on the other exercises too!

I now realize my list is way too long. I’m gonna pare it down to 4 and give that a whirl. Stay hydrated Exercise Read Setflow Setflow means to do something that helps prepare a better tomorrow for me.  All doable at least 3-4 days a week (really doable 7 but realistically I easily find mundane tasks to keep me busy).
