Please join the discussion, would love to hear your opinions: I'm constantly thinking about how to improve this platform for artists, collectors and art enjoyers alike. I kind of left Twitter/X for various reasons, since Musk took over and turned it into a propaganda machine. But whenever I return there for a quick update, my art feed is really top notch. Almost everybody who is active here, also posts or cross-shares frequently on X as well. But more important, a lot of artist I want to follow and I want to be informed about only post there (and maybe on Bluesky, Mastodon, IG as well, don't know). Point is, they all have a Farcaster account, but turned their backs on the platform at some point or never really got into it. I would therefore be delighted if they were to return and exploit Farcaster's potential.

I feel you, Tim. I finally left Twitter by slinking out the door before Jan 20th, knowing I'll have to come back sometimes to promote projects. Mass adoption is the biggest challenge, people stay on Twitter because that's where "everyone" is. FC can get overwhelmed with Rodeo posts, too. They're fun and engaging, but don't exactly foster a dialogue. I have a lot of love for people who keep posting art inspo etc. here on FC. šŸ–¤

Feels really good to be understood by you, Marius. Thanks šŸ˜… I think you're already addressing the crucial point, but if we limit it to the generative art sector just as a thought experiment, 100ā€“200 additional artists and the same number of collectors/gallerists/appreciators, that would already be such a massive gain for a certain niche. Statistically, however, that wouldn't even be noticeable. I'm a big fan of Rodeo and an avid user, so part of the problem šŸ˜† There's currently no way to share art more easily than what Kayvon and team have accomplished. And in relation it is too much, but rather too few other casts. I refer to that as the "phenomenon of excesses", a very apparent pattern, especially in crypto/web3.
