Not exactly a book, but my phd thesis on the Relationships between the Sound, Visual and Movement in Interactive Systems. But I guess that the "historical background" and "state of the art sections" can be interesting to check for anyone interested in computer & generative art / interactive art / new media / .... You will also recognise probably many artists& artworks, like @mariuswatz "sound memory" (in the right page bellow) :) :)

:) thank you. Yes, the other two are: Cylinder (Huntington and Allan 2003) and Microsonic Landscapes (Realitat 2012). . I grouped together projects with similar characteristics, in this case visualization of sound in physical shapes/structures. In the following page I have some more: Nightingale Bird Song (Huang 2010); Spectral Density Estimation (Fischer 2013); Refletcion (Fischer and Maus 2008)
