1-19-2025 💛 Today I am happy because 3 daughters were returned home to their moms after 471 days. It is truly a special moment in a country that values life over everything and will pay a steep price to save the lives of our people. May the other 94 return home 🏠

1-15-2025 ⛓️ I spent a large chunk of my day thinking about technically how to abstract away chains from users at the protocol level. A large part of my role will be working on building and rolling out chain abstraction on Ethereum and today I got to speak to a lot of the key cross-functional players.

1-14-2025 🔥 It's cool to work on a product where you are deeply committed to the vision. As a previous founder, it was hard for me to conceptualize working for a company. However, working for Ethereum to build a more sustainable, decentralized, and user friendly network and experience is something I am truly passionate about and lights a fire within me.

1-13-2025 ⛓️ This is niche but TIL: I spent today learning a lot about nonces, especially 2d nonces. One of the problems with cross-chain TX is that single sequence numbers across networks make failure a nightmare. If 1 chain breaks, you have to re-sign everything. With a 2d nonce you have two dimensions of identification for transactions, rather than a single linear sequence number.
