How much do you consider valuation when raising? Obviously you guys got a great val in the end but how much did that factor in to your decision to go with certain investors over others?

Generally start with: 1. How much you want to raise (18 months + buffer) 2. How much dilution you’re willing to take (a lot of entrepreneurs over optimize on this) 3. Valuation comes out of that

How did you get to the final number for Merkle Manufactory? Because currently the team is quite small and I'm sure you have much more than a couple years of runway even.

A bit of an exception since there was clear market demand, ie push. Most startups have to pull.
