How did you get to the final number for Merkle Manufactory? Because currently the team is quite small and I'm sure you have much more than a couple years of runway even.

Generally start with:

1. How much you want to raise (18 months + buffer)

2. How much dilution you’re willing to take (a lot of entrepreneurs over optimize on this)

3. Valuation comes out of that
