What strategy or tools do you use to keep track of your long-term and short-term writing goals? 📖

When writing the first draft of my novel, I had a word count goal in my head (2k words/day) but now as I edit I find it harder to organize and track tasks and milestones. Would love to hear what works for others :)

Wow how exciting! It's a dream of mine to write a book, I have thr idea and the foundation but no idea about the structure 🙈 so love hearing about the process. What inspired you to write it?

It’s my first novel :) It’s a contemporary fiction story about friends on a roadtrip across the US 🏔️
