I so need an ice bath!!! 🤣 i agree with you benefits are huge. In Dubai i bought i bucket and i did face, hands and feet in ice at home 😄

Bucket and ice is a good idea for home! Showers are not cold enough here 😀 I’ve been going to Contrast wellness - they have a genuine Finnish sauna too 😀

Nice! I found ice baths in Dubai overpriced so the alternative was at home. Maybe we can go together when im back in Dubai 😊
