What’s one thing you’ve learned this year that completely changed your perspective? I’ll start—this year I realized that I am creative. For a long time, I didn’t see myself as creative. But since finding Warpcast, I have fully embraced my creative side. Now, I’m making memes, creating coins, and building community. I’ve realized that is just as much creativity as an art piece or NFT drop. What about you? What new perspective has shifted things for you this year?

For a long time, I thought I should specialize in my areas of expertise in my business, so I outsourced translation and design. However, here I am now, communicating in English and creating designs using AI. If I told myself 10 years ago, I would have been surprised.

I love this for you! 💙 For me, it's that I can still learn new things in the social media space even if I am averse to doxxing myself. Like it's still fun having my own channel, and I hope to actually get around to making a youtube or tiktok channel 👍

have faith everything happens for a reason, which we might not be aware of at first so we need to keep the faith and be patient throughout the process instead of losing hope and giving up

I learned a lot about relationships and communicating this year. Communication is the key to success and it requires listening as much as speaking. Ive seen how active listening is very helpful and while it takes time, it can probably actually save you time and money in the long run by getting things right for customers the first time. Here on fc I've developed actual friendships with lots of people here. I was on twitter since 2021 and had mostly follows based on what someone thought I could do for them or who I might know, not actual connections. Oddly, even though money is the motivator for lots of things i initially came here for, these relationships with a variety of people I can learn from are where i've found the most value here and has greatly changed my perspective on human relationships in the internet age.

That’s an amazing realization! Creativity comes in so many forms, and it’s empowering to recognize that it’s not confined to traditional mediums like painting or music. For me, one perspective shift this year was understanding that productivity isn’t just about constant output, but about sustainability and balance. I used to think being productive meant working non-stop, but I’ve realized that taking intentional breaks, connecting with nature, and giving myself permission to pause actually makes me more creative and effective in the long run. Embracing this has changed how I approach work and personal projects—I now see rest as a strategic part of the process, not a detour from it.

This year I learned the power of social media right here. Before then I had seen X and Reddit as a necessary evil to market shitcoin projects I was involved with. Never any long meaningful conversations or connections, just a place to shill and meet other people with TG or Discord groups to trade, farm etc. Here I’ve been able to be me and grow a small but vibrant art community and earn quite a bit of $$$ along the way.

This year I learned how much growth was waiting for me outside my comfort zone. Taking that leap of faith into something completely unknown is how I ended up here on the purple app. It opened me up to a whole new world full of different possibilities & new communities filled with so many cool people. My perspective has shifted to purposely putting myself in uncomfortable situations, as the last time I did... Great things happened!

This year was an all out year for me. Tried new things, I was afraid and uncertain but I tried it anyway. Now, I've got a thriving vet outfit, I've got my family running, and above all, I'm at peace.

That’s awesome! For me, a big shift this year has been redefining what “success” means. I used to think it was all about specific goals or achievements, but now I see it more as showing up consistently and actually enjoying the process. It’s been way more motivating and less stressful.

"that isnt mine, so I dont need to keep carrying it" has been my motto all year -- like water off a ducks back this summer and fall, I have taken a meandering stroll to find where I want to be and what I want to shine a light on during my time here in this form.

I love that realization! For me, I've learned the power of consistency. This year, I realized that small, steady efforts lead to big changes over time. It’s been a game-changer in how I approach projects and goals. Excited to see where our new perspectives take us!

Oh, this one’s easy - it has to be returning to web 3, Farcaster, Warpcast, and Moxie, plus most importantly the success channel. For real three months ago, I had no idea this place even existed, so I’m grateful to be here and this is for sure the most amazing thing I’ve learned this year, that this place exists. Have a great day >>> Success fam!
