Had an interesting conversation with a friend who was lactose intolerant.

He started drinking Kafir which doesn’t have lactose. 

Now he can tolerate lactose.

Our working theory is the bacteria in the Kafir colonized his gut microbiome, which can help which gave him the ability to digest lactose.

Can someone else test

wtf is kafir tho? Google tells me it’s someone in Islam who doesn’t believe in god. 😅

Would totally try something if I could eat ice cream and cereal again.
