Much like bundling-unbundling cycles, I think we also have local-global cycles

We’re now trending back towards localism. With too much noise relative to signal and loss of trust in authorities, we’ll prefer smaller groups and “local” leaders

The winning technology of this arc will enable this type of coordination

Just had an idea that might work in crypto..
A LETS (local exchange trading system) on chain. 

I envision it as almost a dau but with a goal of allowing members to borrow/repay money based on their established reputation in that LETS. Or by putting up product/services as collateral. 

I’m not sure how it would work tbh, but I think it could be a powerful tool for small local communities to self organize and help each other in a more impactful way. 

It would certainly embody the ideals of crypto.
