My goal is for any professional, businessman and others to have the following: - Regular clients, and as many as you need - The ability to choose a client, and work only with those with whom you want. Not because the need forces you to. - Surrounding yourself with cool people and cool professionals. Both for sharing experiences and just a clear environment with which you grow together. - Increase the check for your services. I'm dedicating myself to this for the near future. If you are also thinking about your personal brand, your positioning, want to choose your own clients and put a decent price for your work - write in the comments. I'll be glad to help you too Thanks to the examples above and many others - I am confident in the power of competent positioning, in the power of personal brand. But to be honest, it's a bit sad that I realized it only a couple of years ago) But well... we'll catch up.

You do, you do, you do - and no result :( Sound familiar? Recently Eugene writes to me. He is engaged in the field of marketing. Here is an excerpt from his messages: Meeting you was a turning point in my story. And your presentation changed the way I look at what I do I've rigidly set goals and now: 1. I have recurring payments. 2. I have a separate business. 3. I have cool one-off projects 4. I have a stake in two cool projects 5. I have assistants โ€œAllocationโ€ of financial sources became crucial to ensure stability. I created a โ€œsolidโ€ product that was ahead of its time. With this, I stood out and made a detuning from the competition :)))))) Now I lead projects as a consultant (curator) for fiks monthly. Plus projects on โ€œmaintenanceโ€ - it's good stable money Your advice has allowed me to focus. In three months I built up the structure and grew decently in six months! Now I do only what makes me happy :)))))

- It's been almost a year since my last workout I change clothes, go into the gym, and I have one thought: โ€œIt's been a whole year, but has anything changed?โ€. There's all these familiar faces around. We have been playing volleyball with them for more than five years. I know everyone: how they play, their weaknesses and strengths. I analyze: who is standing where, who is playing, who is saying what - every moment! And then I realize that NOTHING has changed! A whole year has passed, a few trainings a week, and the guys as played - and still play. There is no dynamics I will probably never be able to accept mediocrity, no matter what. If your motto is: โ€œThat's just fineโ€ - I feel sorry for you. And if you haven't thought about it, take a quick inventory: how and what has improved over the year? No momentum? - 100% you're doing something wrong. Let's fix it!

A modern business without SMM is like a person without one kidney.... You can, of course, make do with it, but you will have serious health problems in the future.

How did I select my partners? (part 1) I'm sure you've often heard business stories where one partner screwed the other or cheated the other out of money and so on. So how do you find a partner and be confident in him? 1. Inner gut feeling and trust in a person. I just can not stand it when a person is rotten and trying to rub in the trust for his own benefit. I care about decent, open and honest people. If I can not trust a person - no such partnership is out of the question 2. Often many problems arise not because the partner is bad. And simply did not understand each other or forgot their promises. Therefore, it is important to put agreements in writing. The decision: to draw up a legal contract or a conceptual agreement - depends on the situation. 3. Another marker: focus of attention and time. If the partner is ready to give up his old projects or some personal moments and focus his energy to create our project, instead of looking for excuses - we are definitely on our way with him.

Is time for us or against us? In these pics I can see how my kids have grown up..... ๐Ÿ˜ they seem to be younger in real life) Maybe it's just the way they're photographed.... But I look at these pics and think..... How many metaphors, sayings about time... And I have a dilemma: "Is time for us or against us?" On the one hand: time is those moments when you are with your family, doing what you love or doing something important.... It's all thanks to time! And on the other hand: time - takes away a part of life, takes away the moments in which you want to stay longer.... or stop for a moment. Something's got me on a philosophical evening. Who's with me? What are your thoughts on time? Is time for us or against us? In what cases?

Every day I catch myself thinking, "Did they really abolish slavery?" And every time the answer that comes into my head is, "They didn't abolish it, they rebranded it." And it feels like we're all slaves. Well, maybe not all of us, but 90% of the world's population. I'll explain. But first, as my teacher used to say, let's define terms. Slavery is a polysemous term, but the general definition is "lack of free will". Let's stop there. Now let's get back to real life. You're the breadwinner of the family, can you just stop working? Just stop working?! I mean, okay, just for six months? Most people don't have that kind of cushion. And those who do, they have a big appetite. And such people do not stop, and continue to increase capital and acquire other benefits of life...

Anyway, these two days I talk to specialists, and every other one tells the same "pain". Many work alone because: "No one can do it better than me" / "I don't know how to delegate" / "I tried it once and it didn't work out". And the result is the following: you can't take a lot of projects alone, but you want to eat, so you take as many as possible. Total earnings are still not super big, and you have no time at all. If you take a little more, you lose 100% in quality. And there's a lot of stress when things go wrong. I've even coined a term for it: "Hostage to your professionalism." I've been working with my hands very little for the last five years. My skill is finding the right people, giving them work and projects they love and want to do. Bottom line: everyone wins THEREFORE! My friendly recommendation for all those who want their development in money, in free time - delegate. Create mini-teams!
