How did I select my partners? (part 1)

I'm sure you've often heard business stories where one partner screwed the other or cheated the other out of money and so on. So how do you find a partner and be confident in him?

1. Inner gut feeling and trust in a person. I just can not stand it when a person is rotten and trying to rub in the trust for his own benefit. I care about decent, open and honest people. If I can not trust a person - no such partnership is out of the question

2. Often many problems arise not because the partner is bad. And simply did not understand each other or forgot their promises. Therefore, it is important to put agreements in writing. The decision: to draw up a legal contract or a conceptual agreement - depends on the situation.

3. Another marker: focus of attention and time. If the partner is ready to give up his old projects or some personal moments and focus his energy to create our project, instead of looking for excuses - we are definitely on our way with him.
