Anyway, these two days I talk to specialists, and every other one tells the same "pain". Many work alone because: "No one can do it better than me" / "I don't know how to delegate" / "I tried it once and it didn't work out". And the result is the following: you can't take a lot of projects alone, but you want to eat, so you take as many as possible. Total earnings are still not super big, and you have no time at all. If you take a little more, you lose 100% in quality. And there's a lot of stress when things go wrong. I've even coined a term for it: "Hostage to your professionalism." I've been working with my hands very little for the last five years. My skill is finding the right people, giving them work and projects they love and want to do. Bottom line: everyone wins THEREFORE! My friendly recommendation for all those who want their development in money, in free time - delegate. Create mini-teams!

It's crucial to recognize the value in delegation to avoid becoming a hostage to your own professionalism. By building mini-teams and empowering others, not only can you achieve better results and more free time, but everyone involved can thrive.
