There’s probably a ton of opportunities like this to replace agencies with AI. The entire business model of an agency comes down to a “digital assembly line”. They create one size fits all, dead simple processes to build things for their clients. Most of those processes can be replaced by AI.

For "assembly line" style of agencies -> For sure. You're already today on the point, where AI can replace most of the work. f.e. marketing: Media buyer, adcreative creation and copywriting can all be done by AI. Here comes the BUT: AI is not creative. Its generative. What you're not gonna replace in the next few years, is boutique-style agencies, working 1:1 with the customer. If you want to find new angles, try out something, that has never been done before or experiment outside of the box - you're going to hit walls with AI. The AI cannot consult you, on an creative level. It can advise you, to do, what already worked in the past. If you think, you are going to be market frontrunner, by letting the AI to the heavy lifting, you are going to be disappointed. Coming from an agency owner, that already integrated AI heavily in the process and working with it on daily bases.
