You don't have to love people to understand them.
Learn the skill, not the sentiment.

For sure, not everyone needs the spotlight as much as @samuellhuber.eth, but you should't avoid it, and than ask yourself later "Why does nobody care for what i've done?"

That's the reason why you should go out there. 
That's why you should get a better communicator in your private life
That's why you should get a great communicator for business

Some ppl need their me-space, some ppl need to get thrown in front of cameras, as fast and often as you can...
