I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

Itβs the opposite for me. I need to add pilates,yoga or bar sessions for strength, as I think it would greatly improve my ice hockey practice.
