I think some founders should have regular jobs before deciding to start a company Having shitty jobs makes you a better manager, and after your startup is 10 people you become a ppl manager

Totally agree. This is like the argument of going to college or not. College helps you interact with and understand people. A 9-5, no matter how brutal, teaches some great skills, also around interacting with people. It’s obvious when someone hasn’t gone through that.
