Peter Attia’s new book is quite good, especially once you get into parts 2 and 3 https://i.imgur.com/q9XqS0d.jpg

From an individual perspective, do you think it’s worth making life changes for longevity? Will any of the changes have effects we Will experience in our lifetime? Or will the research and advancements yield anything we can take advantage of in our life time

i think a good exercise regimen and a little bit of nutritional awareness can add a decade to your lifespan, and your health span. medication, supplements and aggressive testing might add another decade. whether you want it or not is ultimately a personal decision.
