They could also check how long a post stays relevant, seeing if people are still engaging with it weeks or months later.

I consider the Power Badge a real problem because it gives visibility to those accounts, leaving the rest of us in the shadows. I’ve had the PB on two occasions, and the experience here is completely different. They said they would remove it, and I was eager to see how things would work without it, but they haven’t followed through on what they said, and the PB is still active, pushing the rest of us aside.
