There are so few people here in most cases smaller accounts are afraid to saw anything which could appear negative in fear of being muted. So this just becomes a giant circle jerk then people get bored.

My experience of helping people onboard shows that it's still very difficult to join Warpcast. For Android users in Brazil, for example, sometimes even with a gift invitation it's not possible to create an account due to errors and bugs. And once people have joined, it's not easy to understand the app and get even a minimal level of engagement, which means that a fair number of people give up using it.

No bots signing up as they are easily detected - not sure if we are up or down wrt actual humans. Hard to measure that. Probably not growing fast but at least steady

Still have no idea how many are "real" accounts. I suspect in the degen heyday it was small, lots of bots. So storage rent is probably more informative as it's about who's willing to stay here.

Everyone has been sharing the same concern, Visibility! So many amazing contents but they are not so seen. Except I cast in a channel, casts on my main profile have 0 engagements, does that mean everyone who follows don’t see it? Or I’m not interesting enough? Now what about newbies still trying to find their way and don’t know channels play a huge role in visibility

Farcaster could really use some proper community management. People have been raising issues for a while, but the team hasn’t taken much action. They need to focus on listening to users and building lasting systems. Also, the OGs and the team should stop saying things like, "If you want something fixed, build it." The company’s valued at over a billion dollars, I’m sure we can get an intern to manage the community and improve onboarding and communication? Lens nailed this with their “white glove” onboarding, and it really makes users feel seen and cared for. I’m really bullish on Lens lately for this reason.

People either come for - content - their potential selves ( money, fame) There was money now there is not, somehow warpcast made fame almost impossible. Also imo moxie complicated things with lots of jargon and KOL on warpcast was pushing hard
