New week ahead! What's something annoying in your daily life that could be improved by better design?

Bike lanes in cities. They reduce road space for cars to add bike lanes, but then you see the bike lanes empty and cyclists riding on the streets instead 😡 .

oh my god, around where I live there are MILES of bike lanes, with night LEDs and everything, and cyclists will still ride on the road (often with young kids too)

Everyone knows those bike lanes go unused. Yet, they keep shrinking the roads for cars to make room for them. The roads are getting narrower, and in the end, both cars and bikes end up in the same space: the road. It’s absurd!

And then you have cyclist groups fighting for their rights, but when they’re given the infrastructure, they don’t use it. I don't understand any of this, and it's really frustrating.
