I just wrapped up dinner, and while I didn’t eat exactly that, I managed to satisfy my hunger after seeing those ham croissants 🫣 . Have you ever had the chance to try Spanish Jabugo/Iberic ham?

It’s not just because I’m Andalusian, but I honestly think the Mediterranean diet is the best in the world.

I like it even more than Italian prosciutto!
