I saw a sign asking people to respect the neighbors’ silence, and I wish more people understood that. Where I live, noise is constant, like no one cares about peace and quiet. On top of that, my neighbor thinks he’s a musician, and it’s unbearable. I’m not asking for miracles, just a bit of tranquility. So, when I saw this sign (there are so many) in the place where I’m vacationing, I wished with all my heart that I could live here.

They really need to do something about that where I live, or I’ll go nuts. It’s 11 PM here, and my neighbor’s music is so loud it’s shaking my house.

Gotta love Germans sometimes for we have a dedicated time during the week where you ought to not make crazy noise - from 22:00 - 7am the next day. 

if you do, people can even call the cops on you, although most just knock at the neighbors door and tell them to turn down the music.
