got some skin safe tape and have tried it out for ~2-3 weeks. some observations: - feeling more refreshed in the morning - waking up less - don’t have to go pee at all throughout the night - mouth doesn’t dry out - more vivid dreams? (probably anecdotal)

Which tape do you recommend? And why would taping your mouth shut reduce your need to pee? Have you tried drinking a big glass of water just before going to bed, taping your mouth shut, and seeing what happens?

Craziest benefit I’ve had, which requires training at max capacity through nasal only, is that even if I get a cold with massive congestion I can still always breathe through my nose. You can tell you’re hitting the zone while training when you can feel your facial muscles around your nose.
