got some skin safe tape and have tried it out for ~2-3 weeks. some observations: - feeling more refreshed in the morning - waking up less - don’t have to go pee at all throughout the night - mouth doesn’t dry out - more vivid dreams? (probably anecdotal)

What happens if your nose gets covered up for some reason? Need that breathing redundancy!

Surprised seeing this under highlights. I was thinking about doing exactly this since I’ve started snoring lately. Any advise for me?

Started doing this ~6 months ago. Main benefit for me is not waking up with a dry mouth. Even on nights I don't tape, my breathing when asleep has been retrained for the most part and still get the benefits.
