The one problem ChatGPT is still not good at. Getting 2 docker containers ON THE SAME MACHINE to talk each other.

Oh for sure. Turns out this was a legit bug in one of the images that won’t respect its config and disable ssl. Had to run it from source and comment out a few lines.

If you use something like Docker Compose, the containers will be within the same network
