I might be misunderstanding this so please explain again if incorrect. 

Wallet Signatures extension is meant for asking the user's connected wallet to sign a typed message. There is no signature being requested from the Ed25519 farcaster signer private key that Neynar manages.

Is it possible to provide a general api in which I post payload and signer uuid , then get signatures? For now, I have to provide frame url and other buttons.
