Not enough apps are using it? Most mobile apps are using wallet connect modal.

I had never heard of it and when I read the page it doesn't tell me about or sell the improved UX at all. Seems like a dev rel issue.

I remember wallet connect is building their own solutions https://docs.reown.com/walletkit/android/link-mode Another drawback about MWP is you cannot easily switch wallet. Even in warpcast, you have to restart the app to use a new wallet.
