Any recommendations for a home gym setup? Starting from 0, need equipment for both cardio and strength training.

how much space? my starting points would be: -pull-up bar -kettle bells if you have space and budget: -pulley machine with pullup bar, this is super versatile as you can do >12 exercises: flies, pulls, triceps, etc -smith machine, safest bench for solo workouts my garage gym attached if you want to really sup it up

Plenty of space but looking add gradually. Got kettlebells and a jump rope to start. Will add the pulley machine soon.

Next up should be a flat bench, pull up bar, and a couple of dumbbell sets (your max and semi max bucket curl weights)
