Suggest YouTubing “How to count macros for muscle and weight gain” Use MyFitnessPal to track after you calculate your macros

Whey is the cheapest and most widely available, unless you are lactose intolerant

What really matters is whether you hit your daily protein target. I’d suggest starting tracking calories and basic macros

Don’t think it matters an amount as long as you don’t buy the cheap stuff from GNC. just get your body weight in grams of protein. Something easy every morning is: 20oz whole milk 2 scoops protein powder 5g creatine monohydrate 1 banana 2 tbsp peanut butter 2-3 eggs Blended Doing this will kill the skinny

there are a few things to do before you jump to supplementing protein intake, but for the sake of me not clogging up the cast: gold standard whey protein is usually a solid starting point. scour the ingredient list & see how tolerable/intolerable you are to the “junk” that’s in it - then browse other brands.

Meat 😄 no really, meat/fish/egg. If you are skinny you won't spend much money and you'll get more micronutrients

You need to drink gainer and creatine. Eat a lot . And do basic exercises such as bench press, deadlift and squat!
