I bet you would not have tried or ever heard of this: Wazwan is a traditional Kashmiri multi-course feast that showcases the region’s rich culinary heritage. It is often prepared during special occasions and is known for its exquisite dishes, especially mutton-based preparations like Rogan Josh, Gustaba, and Yakhni. The meal is typically served in a ceremonial manner, with dishes presented on a large tray called a trami, shared among the guests. Wazwan embodies a blend of royal Mughal influences and Kashmiri flavors, making it a symbol of Kashmiri hospitality and cultural pride.

Man this looks DELICIOUS! I'm a big fan of meaty dishes and I love mutton too! It's probably very hard to cook an authentic one at home, so I will try when I visit Kashmir soon!
