Today, we need to talk about "Legacy". I'm incredibly proud of the nearly 50 mints this artwork has received, and yesterday, the story behind it got an update. Back in 1999, Brazil had two Oscar nominations for the film Central do Brasil. As always, it was a huge celebration, and we all gathered around the TV, ready to witness history. Our most cherished actress, Fernanda Montenegro, was nominated for Best Actress, and we truly believed she had a shot. Flags in hand, we were beyond excited to see Brazil in the spotlight for something other than football. But Fernanda lost to Gwyneth Paltrow. It was a tough blow. Of course, we were furious, called it a robbery, bashed the Academy, business as usual. Now, fast forward to 2024. Once again, Brazil had a film and an actress nominated for the Oscars, AND the Golden Globe. And not just any actress! Fernanda Torres, the daughter of Fernanda Montenegro! --- CONTINUES BELOW ---

As a kid, my first drawing obsession was skulls. There was no particular reason, but perhaps I just liked how dangerous they looked. This artwork returns that childhood memory, infused with a touch of my current neon futurism. Here, an army of neon-lit robot skeletons symbolizes the inevitable obsolescence of technology. If androids ever become an integral part of society, they too may have cemeteries. These resting places will be like this, where their discarded parts will lie among other forgotten scraps, with a certain nostalgia that only the older people will understand.

Still on the same topic from my last cast, for artists using TouchDesigner, there is an almost seamless (AND FREE) way to integrate deepseek in your flow.
